Support hours
Email support is monitored Monday through Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 Eastern European Time (EET / EEST). Messages received outside business hours, on weekends, or on Bulgarian public holidays are answered the next working day. Urgent payment or account issues are flagged and prioritized when received.
Response time
Most tickets receive a first reply within one business day. Account, payment, or login issues are usually resolved on the same business day. Generation issues that require reproduction or vendor escalation may take 2–3 business days to fully resolve. We will tell you when to expect the next update if anything takes longer.
Before you write
Many common questions are answered on the FAQ page — billing, supported flows, video editing, commercial use, data retention, and more. Checking there first usually gets you an answer faster than email.
