General Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the yalm.ai platform ("Platform"), operated by YALMAI LTD (ЯЛМАИ ЕООД), UIC 208775443, VAT No BG208775443, registered at 3 Akad. Yordan Trifonov St., Sofia, Bulgaria ("Provider"). By accessing or using the Platform, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Registration and Account

To use the Platform's services, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, username, and password. You must be at least 18 years of age. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Description of the Service

The Platform provides AI-powered image generation services including interior design visualization, product photography enhancement, architectural visualization, and general creative image generation. Results are generated using artificial intelligence models and may vary in quality and accuracy. The Provider does not guarantee that generated images will meet specific requirements or expectations. The Platform uses third-party AI service providers to generate images. Your text prompts and uploaded reference images are sent to these providers for processing. Generated images are stored in your account for 7 days, after which they are automatically deleted from our servers. You may download your images at any time during this period.

4. Pricing and Payments

Services are provided on a credit-based system. Credit packages are priced in EUR and can be purchased via Stripe (international Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Credits are non-transferable and are added to your account immediately upon successful payment. Prices include applicable taxes. The Provider reserves the right to change pricing.

Refund Policy: Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided no credits from the package have been used. Used or partially used credit packages are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact [email protected].

5. Intellectual Property

Images generated by the Platform using your inputs are licensed to you for personal and commercial use. You may not claim that AI-generated images are human-created works where disclosure is legally required. The Platform itself — including its design, branding, software, and AI models — remains the intellectual property of the Provider. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Platform's technology.

6. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to use the Platform to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others. Prohibited uses include generating deepfakes of real persons without consent, creating content that promotes violence or discrimination, and any use that violates applicable laws. The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Provider does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Data Protection

The Provider processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The data controller is YALMAI LTD, 3 Akad. Yordan Trifonov St., Sofia, Bulgaria. We collect only data necessary for providing the service: account information, payment details (processed by Stripe), uploaded images, and usage logs. You may exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability) by contacting [email protected]. Uploaded images are processed for generation purposes only and are not used for AI model training. 9. Termination

You may deactivate your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deactivation, your account will be disabled and you will no longer be able to log in. Your data is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy. To reactivate your account, contact [email protected]. Unused credits are forfeited upon voluntary account deactivation unless a refund has been requested within the eligible period. The Provider may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence shall apply.

11. Final Provisions

The Provider may amend these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the Platform. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
