Delete your account
yalmai (operated by ЯЛМАИ ЕООД) lets you permanently delete your account and personal data at any time, directly in the app. This page explains how to do it, what data is removed, and how to request deletion if you no longer have the app installed.
Delete from inside the app
- Open the yalmai app (or yalm.ai in your browser) and sign in.
- Go to your Profile.
- Tap or click “Delete account”.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Removed the app or can’t sign in?
Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We verify ownership and complete the deletion — see timing below.
What is deleted
Your profile (name, email, phone and company details), your login credentials and sign-in history, any linked Google or Apple sign-in, your uploaded images, and your account balance. After deletion you are free to register again with the same email.
What is retained
Invoices and payment records for past purchases are kept for the period required by Bulgarian accounting and tax law. These records are no longer linked to your identifying personal data.
In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Requests made by email are completed within 30 days, usually within a few business days.
